Business Letters

Look for style of business letter

   A.    Full Block Style
  A full block style format a letter means all the text is left justified. This varies from a semi modified block style format in which some elements are right justified.
Advantages :  Full block format is a format style that is common for business letters.
   B.     Block Style
  Is a letter (usually business letter) format where all typed content is aligned with the left margin and no identation.
Advantages : Very Easy to use for business. And many business who wear this style block.
   C.     Semi Block
   Letter is a less formal version of a block or a full-block letter with the differences being the sender's address, date, reference or attention line and complimentary closing. In addition, the signature lines are located direct center or slightly right of center, along with indented paragraphs.
Advantages : Semi block is similar to block but has a more informal appearance.
   D.    Indented Style
  In a format text parallel left and all paragraphs in the letter is indented. Format shape on this letter on letter head, date, complementary a close, and signature being in a position flatted right.
Advantages : 
A convention governing the indentation of blocks of code to convey the program's structure. Indent style is just one aspect of programming style.
   E.     Simplifed Style
  A form letter that is almost similar to the shape Straight Full but only without any greeting and closing greeting.
Advantages : Usually this letter goes to the people who were working at the company. Sometimes the simple form of letter writing is very simple without regard neatness and regularity.
   F.      Hanging Indentation
  Hanging Style is the Format paragrafnya hang, or leaning more to the left. the form of this letter on letter head, date, complementary close and signature are in the position of the Middle letters.
Advantages : Letters that deal with a variety of different topics. However, for normal business communications, this style is very rarely used.

Kind of business letter
   A.    Inquiry Letter
          Kind of letter of request or a request for information about a product, service, jobs or other business information.
   B.    Order Letter
         Order letters are sent by consumers or businesses to a manufacturer, retailer or wholesaler to order goods or services. 
   C.     Complaint Letter
         Frequent complaint letter written to businesses, organizations, government agencies, schools and the news department.
   D.    Payment Letter
         A letter of payment can refer to several different letters used during the payment process between two parties.
   E.     Application Letter
        Is a document sent with your resume to provide additional information on your skills and experience.
   F.     Curriculum Letter
